At PIECES, your satisfaction and skincare experience are important to us. Each product is crafted with care and thoroughly inspected before it reaches you. Due to the nature of personal care items and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on any opened or used products.

However, we understand that issues may arise, and we are here to help. Please read the terms below:

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please notify us within 3 days of delivery. Send a photo of the item(s), packaging, and your order number to info@piecesby.com. Once verified, we will offer a replacement or store credit.

Change of Mind

Due to hygiene and safety concerns, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. We encourage you to review the product descriptions and ingredients carefully before purchasing.

All Sales are Final

All purchases on soaps, serums, sunscreen, and body care products are final. This includes items sold at regular or promotional prices. We are committed to product quality and customer transparency, so if you have questions before purchasing, please reach out to us.

Private Label & Bulk Orders

All custom, private label, or wholesale orders are non-refundable and cannot be returned. Production begins only after your confirmation, and we ensure quality checks before dispatch. For any concerns, please contact your assigned PIECES representative directly.
